How do I search for data in my system?
Suppose you have a large data list, in this case it´s made of Contacts, and you wish to search for a name that includes "pete"
Performing a "Quick Search"
1. Write down the text you are looking for in the quick search field.
2. Click on "Search"
3. Groobix returns all the Contacts that include the text you entered.
Advanced Search
Groobix' advanced search gives you more precision in your searches:
1. define your search criteria. In this case, all last names that begin with "pete"
2. the system automatically "checks" the Filter field. You can turn it on or off as you want, to use or discard the criteria from your query.
3. click on "Search".
4. Groobix shows all records that match your criteria.
